Welcome! My name is Roxy M., though many know me as Eli - a name inspired by my middle name. My passion for baking began at the age of 15, when I started as a small baker at my parents' workplace. With no formal culinary training, I am a proud self taught baker and cook, dedicated to creating comforting, delicious sweet treats for everyone to enjoy.
